Shipping and Return Policy

At Tropix LLC we pride ourselves in the uniqueness and authenticity of our produce. No two vegetables exported are identical which makes them uniquely delicious and nutritious. Despite the fact that we preselect the very best for our customers some imperfections are to be expected and appreciated.  

Shipping Policy

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us at support@tropixfood.com with your question. 

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information. 

Rerturn Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, so please review your order carefully before submitting. That being said, we do understand mistakes happen. If you’ve made a mistake on your order, please contact us immediately via support@tropixfood.com. If your order has not already been processed we will do our best to help you with an exchange.
